Training FAQs
Q: Where are training courses held?
A: Instructor led training courses are held either at a location you choose, or at an Arm office. Virtual classroom training courses are delivered using our preferred Virtual platform – Zoom. We do also offer training via Cisco Webex and Microsoft Teams, if required.
Q: Who delivers your training courses?
A: Our training courses are all delivered by Arm engineering experts. The majority of our instructors come from our global customer support teams with years of experience in dealing with customers' daily challenges. For courses with over 16 delegates we support with a minimum of two trainers.
Q: We only have a small team - can we still get trained?
A: Our standard instructor led training is for sixteen or more students. For smaller groups, we can either arrange a private live virtual classroom course. There may also be an Arm or Arm Approved Training Partner public course that meets your need.
Q: Are your courses suitable for beginners?
A: No, all of our courses require an amount of computer science or software development knowledge. To help with this, all courses come with pre work video to ensure those attending have the right level of knowledge.
Q: Can I customize the agenda?
A: We can customize any of our private and remote courses to suit your needs. We can't guarantee that we can meet every requirement, though, so make sure you let us know well in advance about any specific needs.
